SLOW FLOW YOGA

I incorporate stillness and capture the present moment with each inhalation and exhalation, as we still the pose for a few breaths; breathing into the stretch and allowing and releasing the tension.

As we move through our practice, we fully realigning the body, each body part at a time, with thought and care.

We will incorporate brain balancing breathwork, calming down the heart rate and realigning the mind, one breath at a time.

No breath should pass you, without your full awareness of it. 

No moment, in your practice on the mat, or in life, should pass you, unacknowledged.

This life lived, in between of an Inhalation and an Exhalation is one to be treasured, enjoyed, valued and remembered.

Stretch the body, get balanced and feel fulfilled. Become more flexible in all aspects of Your life.
